Meditation/Deep Stretch
Relieve stress and calm the mind with a group guided meditation class inspired by restorative/yin yoga technique, gentle stretching, and mindfullness mantra practice. Meditation promotes inner peace, improves memory, supports immune function system, supports recovery from illness, relieves headaches, improves circulation and function of organs, and much more. All levels welcome.
