Teen Aspire

With upbeat music and positive energy, this class is a fun way for teens to experience Pilates and learn to love fitness. It is also a great way for teenage athletes to develop core strength and muscle balance essential for sport performance.
*Individuals with injuries must complete a minimum of one private session prior to joining this class so that an instructor can teach you the modifications for your specific injury.
